The CRKT Sentinel design by Custom Knifemaker Ron Lake, For the modified drop point blade with its high hollow grind using 8Cr14MoV high-chromium stainless steel, which specs out slightly better than the AUS 8 premium blade steel. The brushed finish is easy to clean and has that traditional custom look. A Lake-designed thumb disk allows easy one-hand opening. The Sentinel's InterFrame build uses dual stainless steel liners, one locking, finished in black oxide. Handle scales are CNC-machined 6061 anodized aluminum. To aid grip, the handle shape features four naturally spaced finger choils. In addition, at mid-handle on both sides are three oval reliefs. These are functional details backed by anodized aluminum accent panels. Integrated into the design is the patented LAWKS safety, which effectively converts your folder into a virtual fixed blade very reassuring when you are using your knife for difficult and tiring tasks. Custom leather sheath with a pocket/gear clip.
