A:We are an internet merchant whose mission is to provide our customers with the most value for their dollar by keeping our prices among the lowest on the internet, while providing excellent customer service. We are a low profit margin retailer who strives to keep costs down so that the savings may be passed along to you, our customer.

To pay by money order contact us at our toll free number when placing an order. If paying by money order, your order will be shipped when we have received the payment.
Q: How does Knifeworks.com ship orders, and what are the charges for shipping?
A:Our standard shipping is UPS Ground Service and USPS Priority Mail for the 48 contiguous US States. Items shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent using US Postal Service priority mail. If you wish to have a quicker delivery time, we would be happy to accommodate you.
Q: Does Knifeworks.com accept International Orders?
- Due to the cost of shipping, we will no longer ship swords internationally
A: Yes, The Minimum order to be shipped to an international location is $100.00 (Not including Shipping Cost) due to the time involved in processing the orders. We will only ship using US Postal Service Global Express, at a cost of $33.95 for the first pound and $4.50 per additional pound. These shipping costs will include insurance. This is the only way we can ship with the US Postal Service that has a tracking system.
· We can only ship to the credit card billing address, so your billing and shipping must be the same. All addresses will be verified through your bank. This initial verification process may take a few days due to the time differences between our countries. If we are not able to verify your billing address that has been given on your order, we will not be able to process the order. In this case you will be notified by email. We will not ship from one country billing address to another country.
· Shipping time is normally 3 to 5 days to the customs department of a particular country once we ship. The time from customs through your postal systems to you door will vary by country.
· We are not responsible for international customs or brokerage charges, if there is any charges. These are the responsibility of the customer.
· For International orders due to the high cost of shipping, we ask you deal directly with the manufacturer on any warranty issues.
· CANADIAN ORDERS rates are $33.95 for the first pound and $3.00 per additional pound.
. For all International orders, if you obtain to cancel the order after it has been processed. There will be a $10.00 Cancellation fee applied, due to the time there is involed processing international orders.
Returns from Internatioinal orders that are returned by Customs, will be charged a $35.00 Re-Stocking Fee or 15% of the order, whichever is greater
International Orders We can only guarantee the safety of the merchandise in transit up to the point that your country’s customs office receives the package for inspection. After that point, we have no way to guarantee the clearance of the item through customs, or delivery via your postal system.
Q: Are there extra shipping charges on oversized items?
A: Yes, if actual charges are greater than the estimated charges we will add in the difference. please call or email for cost of shipping. Swords may only be delivered in the US, by groundtransport.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A:We try to ship orders out within 24 hours of receiving the order,and most orders are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving the order.Items that are out of stock or on backorder will be shipped as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer or our distributor.
Q: What is the return policy at Knifeworks.com?
A: We can only accept returns of brand new, unused merchandise that include all the original packaging and an invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot accept used merchandise or returns that are incomplete because we are a new product retailer only. Our refund schedule below starts on the day the customer receives his or her merchandise:
Conditions of Returns
In the event you are unhappy with an item you ordered please call us within 7 days of delivery to receive a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Returns must be received with 10 day's from the time you call for you RA number. RA number's will not be issued by email. This number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box or your package will be refused. The following terms and conditions apply:
1) All items must be factory new, unused, and in their original box with all factory paperwork included.
2) All shipping is non-refundable, and we do not pay return shipping.
3) Do not ship items back in a padded envelope as the box may be easily crushed or damaged.
4) We ask that you keep a record of the return tracking.
5) Include a copy of the original invoice along with a note detailing the reason for return.
Items that comes with Free shipping that are returned will be Refunded the Amount of the product less $7.95 shipping.
Items that are return incomplete will not be refunded, untill we have everything back.
Items returned for a refund must be in new and re-saleable condition. Additionally all original packaging materials must be returned. Returned merchandise not meeting these conditions are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.
If your merchandise is defective, it will be replaced during the first 30 days after invoice date on unused items ONLY. After that time period, we ask that you contact the manufacturer directly for any defects covered by their warranty. If you decide to send you knife back to us on a defected item for a refund or replacement, you will be responsible for the shipping charges back to us and we will ship it back to you for free of charge.
If we ship you the wrong item, we will make right and cover any additional shipping expenses you incur.
Special order returns - because of the cost involved with special orders, we must charge a 15% re-stocking fee for items that are returned.
Abuse of the return policy. Returns are a costly service for us to provide, but we do so gladly to meet the needs of our customers. If you abuse the return policy, as determined by the owner of Knifeworks.com, you will be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee. An example of abusing the return policy might be the habitual return of items.
