We are responsible, as a company to sell, process your order, and ship it out as soon as possible. We have been shipping International packages for more than 10 years. We are generally doing our best to work with every customer and make everyone’s shopping experience enjoyable.

International Sales & Orders

The following is required for all International Orders:

  • $100.00 minimum order before shipping and handling are applied.
  • Additional weight and Insurance fee will be added to the order and charged once the order has been processed. If paying with a credit card, additional charges will automatically be taken from your account.
  • Customs fee, Duty fee, Tax , Import fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • All new customers will be asked to pay for their order by Western Union or PAY PAL for the first order. Please choose “MONEY ORDER” at the checkout. Our Sales Rep. will email you the final total that needs to be paid.
  • For existing customers who have not placed an order with us within a year, or using a different credit card from previous orders will be required to send an original photo of the front and the back side of the new credit card. This requirement may be adjusted by our Sales Rep.
  • Shipping address and Billing address must be the same. This requirement may be adjusted by our Sales Rep.
  • All International orders can be changed within 2 business days after placing the order, or before the status of the order is changed to “Ready to Ship.” After that the order cannot be changed. 
  • Customers are responsible to know about the laws of their country.
  • The order will be automatically canceled if it does not meet any of the above requirements.

International Shipping /Insurance

DHL EXPRESS - Estimated Arrival Time: 2-7 Business Days. 
  • You will receive a quote of shipping cost when you choose DHL Express to be your shipping method. The price will be vary due to the weight, dimension and the value of your package. The customer will be contacted via email by an international sales representative with a shipping quote. 
  • Shipping Time: DHL Express shipments will have a very fast and reliable delivery time with full tracking. Typically its a 2 to 7 business day eta anywhere in the world. We can’t guarantee delivery times as customs clearance can hold up any shipment. Customs will vary from country to country.

USPS Priority Mail Express International

  • Shipping cost starts at $57.95 for the first pound, $5.00 per additional pound.
  • Insurance fee starts at $2.50/$100.00 value.
  • Additional weight and Insurance fee will be applied to your order and charged to your account once the order process has started.
  • Shipping Time: We guarantee 3-7 business days to customs. We cannot guarantee delivery time from customs, to your postal center, then to your door. It will be vary by country.

USPS Priority Mail International

  • Shipping cost starts at $45.95 for the first pound, $5.00 per additional pound.
  • Insurance fee starts at $2.50/$100.00 value.
  • Additional weight and Insurance fee will be applied to your order and charged to your account once the order process has started.
  • Shipping Time: We guarantee 6-12 business days to customs. We cannot guarantee delivery time from customs, to your postal center, then to your door. It will be vary by country.

USPS First Class Mail International

  • The maximum weight is 4.0 lbs.
  • The value of the merchandise cannot exceed $400.00
  • Maximum dimension:  Max length 24 in., length, height and depth combined must not be over 36 in.
  • Shipping cost starts at $21.95 for the first pound, $5.00 per additional half pound.
  • Insurance fee starts at $2.50/$100.00 value.
  • Additional weight and Insurance fee will be applied to your order and charged to your account once the order process has started.
  • Shipping Time: Please understand if you chose this option to be your shipping method as it is not Priority, the delivery time will take up to 3 weeks or longer. We cannot guarantee delivery time for this shipping method. It is cheap and works well with some countries.  If you choose this shipping method, please do not complain about delivery time.
  • If the package of your order is over 4 lbs or the size of the package is over the maximum dimensions listed above, our sales rep will email you regarding this. There are three options that you can choose from:
  1. Upgrade the shipping of your order to be USPS Priority Mail Express International, USPS Priority Mail International or DHL Express. 
  2. Change your order to be smaller to meet the requirements to ship via USPS First Class Mail International.
  3. Cancel your entire order.

Canada Shipping /Insurance

Charged Back / Disputed

  • In case the customer files charged back to us before we have a chance to solve the problem of the order. We will immediately close the customer’s account and they won’t be able to place order with us anymore.
  • In case the customer opens the dispute with Paypal before we have a chance to solve the problem of the order, any dispute has cost us $20.00 for that. We will immediately close the customer’s account and they won’t be able to place order with us anymore.

Prepaying Duty & Taxes / Guaranteed Landed Cost
In many cases, you'll be given the opportunity to prepay your duties and taxes for your order. Doing this allows you to pay for your entire order upon checkout with a guarantee that you won't be charged any VAT, duty, taxes or other shipping or customs related fees after your order is complete. Depending on your country and your order value, your order may already be under the deminimus value (the minimum amount at which local taxes are required). In such cases, no duty or tax fees are assessed.

Shipping Options
International orders may be shipped via any of the major carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx or Post. In order to facilitate the order process, you'll be given two or more shipping options based on the amount of time the order will take to arrive. Delivery times are listed in business days (Monday through Friday) and reference transit time only. There may be additional time required to process the order before it ships. Please note that most shipping carriers do not ship on major U.S. holidays.

 Defective / Warranty
  • For all international customers, we ask you to deal directly with the manufacture on any defective item or warranty issue.
  • In case you are not satisfied with the product, you can send any item back to us for the refund only, no replacement or exchanged on any item.
  • The customer will be responsible for all shipping cost.
Returned / Refund Policy
  • For any returned package, you will be charged $30.00 Re-stocking fee.
  • For any retuned package, we will give you a refund for the purchase price (less $30.00 re-stocking fee, any shipping fee and Insurance fee) as either a refund onto your credit card, PayPal if that is how you paid
  • For the lost package we will give you a refund for the entire amount of the order, minus Insurance Fee.
Lost  Packages
  • For lost parcels of international orders, you must wait 45 days, no more than 90 days from the shipping date in which your order shipped.  Please contact us at  customerservice@iglobalstores.com.  if you still have not received the package within 45 -90 days.  We will file the claim for the lost package so you can receive your money back. 
  • Please note that if you have received your package while the claim is being processed, the claim will then be automatically closed.
  • If we receive your package while the claim is being processed, the claim will then be automatically closed and we will treat your package as a returned package.
Damaged
  • If you receive the package that is damaged, we do need you contact us at customerservice@iglobalstores.com. We can file claim immediately but we do need the picture of any damaged merchandise or any evidence from Customs or Local Post Office to prove of damaged.
 
The claim processing will take up 3-4 weeks to be complete; once the claim is completed we will refund money back onto your credit card or Paypal (if that is how you paid).
