USA Shipping Policy

99% of orders ship out the same day as orders are placed. If the order does not ship out the same day as placed, they will ship out 24-72 hours after the order has been received, unless customer is notified otherwise and excluding holidays. Knifeworks offers free shipping to all USA orders over $99.00 or greater. With the free shipping option, we will choose the most cost effective shipping option. Customers do have the option to choose certain shipping options if you prefer when placing an order.  We offer a wide variety of shipping options to best fit your needs.We also offer UPS Next Day Air, please call customer service at 888-225-9775 for your estimated shipping cost.

Alaska, Hawaii and APO's must be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, unless you choose 2nd day air by UPS, This service is not available for APO's, shipping charges will be $7.95 or actual charges if greater.

Q: What forms of payment does accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. When purchasing with a credit card, we ask for the billing and shipping address to match your credit card. Additionally, we accept Paypal and money orders. To pay by money order contact us at our toll free number when placing an order. If paying by money order, your order will be shipped when we have received the payment. Paypal Order Instructions

1.Please place your order online and choose "money order" as your payment option. This will allow Knifeworks to receive the order. In your customer notes, please mention that you would like to pay with Paypal, so we do not assume its a money order payment.

2. Please login to PayPal to send payment of order total to [email protected] If you would like for Knifeworks to send you a money request, please request in your customer notes as you place an order. 

3. Once Knifeworks has received payment, we will apply the payment to your order and it is ready to be processed.


Q: How does ship orders, and what are the charges for shipping?

A: Free ground shipping with a purchase of $99.00 or more. Our standard shipping is US Postal Service and UPS for the 48 contiguous US States. Items shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent using US Postal Service. If you wish to have a quicker delivery time, we would be happy to accommodate you. 

Q: Are there extra shipping charges on oversized items?

A: Yes, if actual charges are greater than the estimated charges we will add in the difference. please call or email for cost of shipping. Swords may only be delivered in the US, by ground transport.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: We try to ship orders out within 24 hours of receiving the order, and most orders are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving the order. Items that are out of stock or on back order will be shipped as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer or our distributor.


Q: What is the return policy at

A: We can only accept returns of brand new, unused merchandise that include all the original packaging and an invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot accept used merchandise or returns that are incomplete because we are a new product retailer only. Our refund schedule below starts on the day the customer receives his or her merchandise:
Conditions of Returns
In the event you are unhappy with an item you ordered please call us within 7 days of delivery to receive a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Returns must be received with 10 days from the time you call for you RA number. RA number's will not be issued by email. This number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box or your package will be refused. The following terms and conditions apply:

1) All items must be factory new, unused, and in their original box with all factory paperwork included.
2) All shipping is non-refundable, and we do not pay return shipping.
3) Do not ship items back in a padded envelope as the box may be easily crushed or damaged.
4) We ask that you keep a record of the return tracking number.
5) Include a copy of the original invoice along with a note detailing the reason for the return.
this causes damage to the box and once this happens we can not accept them back for a refund or exchange. 

All engraved items can not be returned

If you have received a promotional item (Bonus Buy, Gift Card, etc) with your purchase. You are more than welcome to send your product back for a refund or exchange. If you choose a refund, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund total amount. If you choose to exchange your product for another item that does not qualify for the promotional item, you will be charged for the value of the promotional item. If you have any questions or concerns about the promotional items return and exchange, please feel free to contact us regarding this matter. 

Items that come with FREE shipping that are returned will be Refunded the Amount of the product less $6.95 shipping.
Items that are returned incomplete will not be refunded, until we receive everything back.

Items returned for a refund must be in new and resale-able condition. Additionally all original packaging materials must be returned. Returned merchandise not meeting these conditions are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount, this is determined by the manager.

If your merchandise is defective, it will be replaced during the first 30 days after invoice date on unused items ONLY. After that time period, we ask that you contact the manufacturer directly for any defects covered by their warranty. If you decide to send your knife back to us on a defected item for a refund or replacement, you will be responsible for the shipping charges back to us and we will ship it back to you for free of charge.

If we ship you the wrong item, we will make it right and cover any additional shipping expenses you incur.


Abuse of the return policy

Returns are a costly service for us to provide, however we are happy to meet the needs of our customers. If you abuse the return policy, as determined by the owner of, you will be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee. An example of abusing the return policy might be the habitual return of items.
