Stonewashed steel and black Grivory give this AD20.5 a clean, understated look, built around a D2 clip point and Andrew Demko’s Shark-Lock™.

The 3.25" blade is D2 tool steel, 0.13" thick, with a 3.0" plain cutting edge and a tumbled stonewash finish that helps mask everyday scratches. Its clip point lowers the spine toward a fine tip, handy for opening packages, cutting cord, and detail work. D2 is often called semi-stainless: it holds up well to wear but can stain more easily than true stainless steels, so dry the blade after use and oil it lightly before storage. Demko’s Shark-Lock rides on the spine and is operated by a ramp-like fin, and the blade opens with either the thumb stud or the thumb hole. Black textured Grivory over steel liners makes a 0.32" thick handle, and the tip-up clip is set up for right- or left-hand carry. It closes to 4.25", weighs 3.5 oz, and is made in Taiwan.
