The 153 mm (6.0") blade is German 100Cr6 carbon steel with 1.3-1.5% chromium for improved toughness and slightly better corrosion resistance than traditional carbon steels. It's coated with black DLC to protect against corrosion and reduce reflections, and has a hardness of 57.5 HRC.

The High Flat grind with a secondary bevel puts more steel behind the edge for added strength and durability during heavy use, and the edge runs all the way into the handle for improved control and power transfer.

Yes. The ferro rod-compatible spine and the sharpened exposed tang at the rear let you scrape tinder or strike a ferro rod. If you don't want the sharpened tang, you can easily blunt it with a sharpening stone.

It's a glass-fiber reinforced handle that combines a soft, grip-friendly feel with high impact resistance, with ridges along the spine for gloved grip and a larger texture pattern for traction in cold and damp conditions. A lanyard hole makes it easy to attach cord or paracord.

The ambidextrous Click-On sheath can be carried on either side and features a click-lock function that keeps the knife securely in place. The hole pattern is adapted for TEK-LOK accessories and MOLLE-compatible rails, and the LIBA Smart® belt loop functions as a dangler with secondary locking.
